Whistle Express Car Wash

I had an issue with the car wash not cleaning very well, but the woman at the ordering station went above and beyond to correct it. Thank you! Apparently they're also getting new equipment soon.

My family recently had a very disappointing experience at this Whistle Express Car Wash. While my father was going through the conveyor tunnel, he felt his vehicle rolling backward and alerted an employee that something did not seem right. Shortly afterward, his vehicle rolled back into the truck behind him, causing damage to his nearly new Toyota Sienna. We reported the incident immediately. Throughout the claims process, we felt dismissed rather than listened to. The claim was denied, and although we asked for a factual explanation and requested to see the surveillance video, we were told the footage would not be provided without a subpoena. What disappointed us just as much as the outcome was how we were treated. In our interactions, the manager was consistently rude, dismissive, and showed very little empathy toward our concerns. Regardless of who is ultimately responsible, customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. I understand that businesses may not always agree with a customer’s version of events, but I expected better communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process. I encourage anyone using this location to understand the risks

Very professional and actually cares. Asked if car wash met expectations and if there was anything they can do to improve.

I think your car gets cleaner during a spring shower. This might have been the worst car wash my car has ever been through. The water smells like dirt, the vacuums barely work, and a piece of the car wash got stuck between the fender and headlight and now won't come out. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend.

Came to wash my car for the 3rd time since coming from Alaska and have had a terrible time trying to getting the bugs off the front of my vehicle. The guys at facility were so helpful and Michael actually helped me gently hand scrub it off. I will definitely be returning!
